So on the way into work I saw a very proper older woman that looked like Anna Wintour on a weird motor bike/scooterish thing that looked like it was 2 steps away from the junkyard. That was weird in and of itself, but there was a tiny scotty dog in the little basket tied to the front. And the dog was wearing a little pink helmet and little pink goggles.

dude, last year when i worked at titmouse, a bunch of us were coming back from lunch, and we saw this very large black woman on a neon pink Rascal (http://www.rascalscooters.com/) . She was wearing a matching neon pink and lime green 2 piece skirt suit and a green fedora, and on her lap was a tiny chihuahua with a neon pink collar. We were alllin the car like "whaaa!?" and we all regretted not snapping a picture of her zooming by.

COINCIDENCE!?! perhaps you have the crazy scooter woman of the east, and we have the crazy rascal lady of the west....
